Multi-document package review

Submit the executed package.

Drop in the four signed PDFs from the closing: the Closing Disclosure, the Note, the Deed of Trust, and the notary certificate. We scan the bundle for signature rows, initials, and the notarization date, and return a package-level rollup plus one flag list per document with the page number, the bounding box, and a reason when something is missing.

Four required documents

One PDF per slot. The order matters: the handler pairs each file part with its document_type label, then runs the signature + initials + date detector across the bundle.

Submission runs the signature, initials, and date presence check against each PDF and hands back a package-level summary in the panel on the right.
